At Kreave, we want your order to reach you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Here's what to expect once you place your order.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders — no minimums, no surprises at checkout.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. Processing means preparing, packing, and handing your order to the carrier. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Once your order has been processed, estimated delivery takes 6–8 business days.

So in most cases, you can expect your order to arrive within roughly 7–11 business days from the time you place it (1–3 days processing + 6–8 days delivery).

A Note on Carrier Delays

The delivery windows above reflect our average shipping time when everything goes smoothly. Please keep in mind that once your order leaves our hands, it's in the care of the shipping carrier. From time to time, factors outside our control — such as carrier delays, high-volume periods, weather, or customs processing — can cause delivery to take longer than the estimated window. We appreciate your patience if this happens, and we'll always do our best to help track down your order.
